Nursery Tours

Visits can be booked at any time for you to have a tour of our nursery facilities, and usually follow the process below:

• Visits normally take place at 10.00am and 2.00pm but we can try to be flexible to accommodate any specific requirements.
• After your visit, if you would like to reserve a place and we have verified with you that there is a place available for your child/children at our nursery, you will need to return your completed application form and a non-refundable deposit of £50.00 to secure the place(s).
• Once this is done, we will contact you a few weeks prior to their designated start date so that we can arrange for their introductory visits to begin. There is no limit to the number of introductory visits a child may have.
• We want both you and your child to be as comfortable as possible with us before they begin actually attending. However our experience tells us that three or four visits of increasing length is usually sufficient.
• When visiting the nursery (or picking up/dropping off your child), we advise you to park in the nearby Bay Horse car park, as this is the safest and easiest way to park and access the nursery entrance.
